I began in programming, business application development, and technical training. After more than 20 years in operations and client delivery, I now apply that experience to business systems, workflow automation, and AI-assisted development.

About Me

My professional journey began with programming, business application development, and technical training. I went on to spend more than 20 years in business operations and client delivery, including executive leadership. Across that work, I've led teams, managed complex operations, worked with clients in different business environments, and helped organizations navigate growth, performance, and change.

Those years taught me that successful operations aren't just about meeting targets or following processes. They're about understanding how people, systems, and decisions work together to deliver consistent results.

As my work evolved, I returned to building things from the ground up, from business processes and operational systems to new ventures and digital solutions.

Today, I bring my early technical foundation and operational experience together in business systems design, workflow automation, and AI-assisted development. Whether I'm developing a workflow, working on a digital project, or building a new business, I follow the same approach: start with a real problem, find a practical solution, and build something that creates value.

Professional Experience

For over 20 years, I've worked across business process outsourcing, customer operations, and client services, leading teams and managing operations where performance, accountability, and client expectations are critical.

My experience spans multi-site operations, workforce management, client delivery, business performance, financial accountability, process improvement, and operational strategy.

Throughout my career, I've managed teams, strengthened client relationships, and worked to translate business objectives into consistent operational results.

That experience also gave me a deeper understanding of how business systems should work. From recruitment and employee onboarding to performance reporting, approvals, and operational workflows, I've seen how disconnected processes can slow teams down and create unnecessary complexity.

Today, I apply that experience to designing and developing practical digital solutions. I focus on the business requirements, workflows, decision points, and information needed to make systems useful to the people operating them.

Business Problem

Growing service businesses often rely on separate tools to manage sales opportunities, client requirements, recruitment, approvals, and employee onboarding. As operations expand, disconnected systems can make ownership, information sharing, and follow-through difficult.

Workflow / Solution

This development project explores how those processes can work together within one structured business platform.

The platform brings together workflows for recruitment, HRIS onboarding, and governed approvals, alongside developing capabilities for business discovery and client-facing processes.

My Contribution

My contribution centers on product direction, business requirements, workflow design, operational decision-making, and oversight of AI-assisted software development.

Business Problem

Driver safety management requires more than collecting driving scores. It involves validating data, identifying behavioral patterns, comparing performance over time, and supporting consistent follow-up.

Workflow / Solution

This project brings together telematics processing, monthly driver records, safety calculations, and reporting workflows.

The system uses Python-based processing alongside a Google Sheets operating interface, with application components supporting data retrieval, validation, and reporting.

My Contribution

My contribution includes defining the operational review process, assessment rules, coaching requirements, reporting expectations, and testing the system against established workflows.

It combines driver selection, time-range filtering, data retrieval, event processing, and structured reporting within a Google Sheets-based workflow.

My Contribution

My contribution includes defining investigation requirements, evidence presentation, processing rules, and testing the reporting workflow.
